Ordering: Orders for MyBedding are taken online or by calling the sales team on 020 8345 6838. Mybedding uses a secure server from one of the most well respected hosting companies in the UK as well as using one of the most well known companies in the world for our billing, Google Checkout. This system allows customers to buy online securely with peace of mind guarantee that all credit card details and customer information is secure.
Shipping & Delivery: MyBedding offers a simple and effective shipping pricing policy. All orders over £50 are sent by Parcelforce Courier free of charge to UK Mainland, all other orders are charged at a flat rate of £5 within the UK. This will be calculated automatically when you pay for your items at the checkout. For international orders please email us for a quote.; Delivery Timescales: 90% of our orders are sent out within 5 working days of placing your order with us. We do ask that customers allow upto 14 working days for delivery of your item(s). All customers will be informed by email when their goods are dispatched, when they will be delivered and the unique Parcelforce tracking number so that customers can track the progress of their parcel online.
Returns & Replacements: MyBedding guarantee the authenticity and quality of all our products. If a product is defective please contact us and we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent out to you and arrange for the original item to be collected.

You may cancel Your order with Us for the Goods You order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date You receive the Goods that you have ordered. You do not need to give Us any reason for canceling Your order however where there is no defect to the product will levy a handling fee of 12% for all orders. To cancel Your order You must notify Us by e-mail at team@mybedding.co.uk with Your order number and customer .We will then give you a return address for which the goods must be sent to. ALL returns must be sent by recorded delivery to ensure the parcel arrives. Do not send parcels without informing us first as the return address is different to the registered address. The balance of the price paid will be reimbursed to You within 30 days of notification of cancellation by recrediting Your debit or credit card.

We offer payment via google checkout - one of the most well respected payment providers in the world. Viewing Orders: Customers can view their orders by logging in with the username and password that they created when they made their purchase. This will allow them to view the specific order details.
Updating Account Information: Customers can update their information by logging into their account and editing their details. Please note that goods will be sent to the shipping address given when placing you order. Any updates will be be used for subsequent orders only.
Frequently Asked Questions: I have recieved part of my order only, where is the remainder? On Occasions my bedding will send parts of orders out to customers as a part of the order may not be in stock. If you have received part of your order you will be advised when the remiander is due in stock.; Where can I have my order delivered? We realise that with the pace of life today people have busy lives. We therefore give you the option to send an order to a different address. Many customers find this useful and use a work address or a relative's address to accept the parcel and sign upon receipt.
International Delivery: MyBedding ship internationally throughout the world to twenty of the most popular countries. If your country is not on here please contact us for a quote. We charge a flat shipping cost to Europe of £40, the Middle East of £50 and the rest of the World £60.
